LNAV to V 5.8 This is the latest version of the LNAV firmware and earlier models can be upgraded for £50.00 which includes a new manual.

SNAV to V 7.9 or v8.9 The latest versions of the SNAV firmware is v7.9 for single seat instruments and v8.9 for two seat instruments. Earlier models from v4.0 can be upgraded for £50.00 which includes a new manual. Versions earlier than v4.0 may need a new processor PCB and the upgrade cost depends on the exact hardware configuration.

GPS/NAV to v6.0 V6.0 provides support for a PDA. If it is not planned to run a PDA from the GPS/NAV, then v5.1 is quite satisfactory. Upgrade to v6.0 costs £50.00 without a new FAI barographic calibration and £65.00 with a new calibration certificate.

Upgrades normally take two to three days to incorporate and include a complete calibration check
